It is your responsibility to use the trial period to make sure you have Webjimbo running successfully on the Mac and in the location you intend to use it with. This includes being able to connect to it from the internet.

Although Webjimbo works well with most consumer internet connections, every situation is different and in some cases it may not be possible to use Webjimbo. This particularly includes schools, universities and offices, but also some home networks. Additionally, in some situations you will need to configure your router yourself to allow Webjimbo to do its job.

Licences purchases cannot be refunded once paid for. This is simply because there's no way to revoke a licence once it's been sent. In other words, there's no way to reverse the transaction.
