I Can't Log In!

If FarSuite is telling you you've entered the wrong user name or password when you try to log in, make sure you are entering your Mac user name and password, not the Find Me one you chose when you set up FarSuite.

Your Mac user name is the same as the name of your home folder (displayed in the Finder's sidebar with a small house icon beside it). The password is the one you enter when you install software updates, etc.

Don't enter your Find Me user name. This is only used for your Find Me URL. It has a password so that no-one else can claim your personalised URL.

FarSuite is the collective name for FarFinder, Webjimbo and any future remote access products
